- I want to pay my 2019 LMTC Dues
- I want a Pickleball Only membership (Tennis is excluded)
- I am NOT a Lake Mohawk Resident
- I am paying for one adult member
- I was NOT an LMTC member during the previous season

Pickleball only Individual membership entitles one adult to LMTC non-voting member benefits including Pickleball but excluding Tennis
