- I want to pay my 2019 LMTC Dues
- I want a Tennis membership (Pickleball also included)
- I'm NOT a Lake Mohawk Resident
- I want to pay for 2 adult members
- I was not an LMTC member during the previous season and want to to join LMTC for one year at a 50% discount

This membership entitles two adults and any children under 21 to full LMTC non-voting membership benefits, including Tennis and Pickleball
