- I want to pay my 2019 LMTC Dues
- I want a Tennis membership (Pickleball also included)
- I am a Lake Mohawk Resident
- I am paying for one adult member
- I was not an LMTC member during the previous season and want to to join LMTC for one year at a 50% discount

Note: Price above includes discount and all applicable taxes and fees ($25 of which is applied as Bondholder fee in first season only)
